The RD-CTV (Total Quality Glassing) is formulated on our facilities, raw materials are mixed up and melted at 1,500°C (2,732°F), thus obtaining the product used in the glassing process, which is carried out under a high-quality control in order to ensure perfect glass-metal adhesion.

Every application is baked at 800°C (1,472°F), and later gradually cooled down and finally the product is tested at 1,500 Volts, ensuring the absence of any kind of porosity.
